Bouff Daily Boost is a single-ingredient, freeze-dried beef liver supplement formulated exclusively for dogs. It is not intended for human consumption. By purchasing this product you confirm your intent to use it solely as a canine dietary supplement.

Results may vary. While our product is veterinarian-approved and formulated with high-quality ingredients, Bouff does not make medical claims. If your dog has a pre-existing health condition, consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement.

Product appearance, weight, and packaging may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of freeze-dried ingredients. These variations do not affect product quality or safety.

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, your confirmed order price will not change after purchase.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our certified payment partners (Stripe, Shop Pay, PayPal). We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. We never store your full payment card number.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a pricing error occurs, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if an item becomes unavailable. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded in such cases.

Our Subscribe & Save plan delivers one jar of Bouff Daily Boost every 4 weeks at a discounted rate. By enrolling in the subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting us at hello@bouff.co or using the subscription management link in your account emails. Cancellations take effect for the next renewal — charges already processed are non-refundable unless covered by our 30-day guarantee.
• Pausing & Skipping: You can pause or skip a delivery through the subscription management portal. Please do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any subscription price changes via email.

Free shipping is included on all Subscribe & Save orders. One-time purchases may incur standard shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days internationally. These are estimates only; delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Bouff is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. Reshipment fees may apply.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.

We stand behind Bouff with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you or your dog are not satisfied for any reason — including after opening and trying the product — contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 30-day window, we do not accept returns on opened products due to the perishable nature of food-grade supplements. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will reship or refund promptly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

All content on bouff.co — including but not limited to logos, photography, copy, product names, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Bouff and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bouff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their stated use as a canine dietary supplement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email.

Your continued use of bouff.co or placement of an order after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
